We offer 90-95% commission if you buy or sell your own property(personal or investment) with you acting as the agent.
This is ideal for current landlords/investors who only use their sales license for their own personal properties. You can purchase or sell property anywhere in the state of MA.
The 90% rate also applies when you represent your immediate family in a transaction.
You will keep 90% of your commission. We do not require you meet any quota, or pay any “fees”.

GREATER LYNN LANDLORD ASSOCIATION

The Greater Lynn Landlord Association was created in 2008 by a Local Landlord.  Our goal is to discuss and address issues affecting Landlords on the Greater North Shore.

Membership is open to all Landlord professionals.

WE ARE:  The Greater Lynn Landlord Association will focus on issues effecting Landlords in Swampscott, Lynn, Nahant and Revere.

OUR MISSION:  is to provide an outlet where Landlords can discuss issues concerning landlording.  Discussions will be facilitied with specific topics addressed at each of our monthly meetings.

During these meetings we will: exchange information, share tips  and experiences.

We will also have guest speakers from our communties and cities discussing issues effecting Landlords.

Our goal is to have our first monthly meeting in April 2009.  There is no fee for membership.

In the future, we hope to become a member in the state wide landlord association; Massachusetts Rental Housing Association.
